TickTest respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. By using the service you agree to this policy.
1. What We Collect

2. How We Use Information
- Delivering the backtesting service and account management;
- Security and anti-abuse (crawlers, flooding, API-key reselling);
- Product improvement: aggregated analysis such as unrecognized strategy phrases (not used to identify individuals);
- Essential service notices (verification codes, security alerts).
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Storage & Security
- Data is stored on cloud servers (Tencent Cloud, Guangzhou / Hong Kong regions); all traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS;
- Payments are processed by official payment channels; we retain only masked, reconciliation-level records;
- Database access follows least-privilege principles with audit logging.
4. Third-Party Services
- Payment providers (Alipay / USDT gateways): payment flows are processed under their own privacy policies;
- Cloud provider (Tencent Cloud): hosting and networking infrastructure;
- Market data providers: market data delivery does not involve your personal information.
5. Your Rights
- Access & correction: view and update your account details in the console at any time;
- Deletion: request account deletion; we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 15 business days (except where retention is legally required);
- Withdraw consent: stop using the service and contact us to erase your data.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use only essential local storage (login session, language preference). No advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Children
The service is intended for professional researchers and is not directed at children.
