Welcome to TickTest. These Terms govern your use of the TickTest quantitative backtesting service (ticktest.net and related APIs). By registering an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TickTest is a quantitative research and backtesting tool. It provides natural-language strategy parsing, historical backtesting, performance statistics, and API / MCP access for quant researchers and AI Agent users, via a web console and programmatic API.
You agree not to:
All backtest results, statistics, and signals provided by the service are for quantitative research and educational reference only, and do not constitute investment advice or any promise of returns. Past backtest performance does not indicate future results; simulated backtests differ from live trading due to slippage, liquidity, halts, and other factors. Markets involve risk. You are solely responsible for any investment decision you make.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickTest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or lost profits. We are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure or third-party services (market data providers, payment channels, cloud providers).
We may modify or discontinue parts of the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. For material breaches of these Terms, we may suspend the service immediately without refunding unused credits.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
